Following the reporting of an accident, we will contact you and/or any other party involved within 24hrs or the next working day.
We assign one of our Regional Claims Managers to personally oversee and manage all aspects of your claim.

If you're involved in an accident:

Stop! You must stop after an accident by law
Check if anyone is hurt and if needed call an ambulance
Don't admit responsibility
Exchange details with those involved:
- Name, address and phone number
- Vehicle make and model
- Registration number
- Insurance company
- Policy number
